The CARES Round 7 appeal review process is currently underway and the final determination will be made on Monday, November 17, 2008. Those who applied for an appeal to their Round 7 stipend determination will be sent a letter of notification after November 17, 2008. Decisions by the CARES Round 7 Appeals Committee are final.
